On June 21, 2023, Shillong hosted the second edition of Go Skate Day Northeast, bringing together skate communities from across the region to celebrate the global event. This event brought together skate communities from all across the Northeast.

What followed are a series of activities, including street sessions, best trick contests, and community gatherings, fostering camaraderie among participants.

Now, it’s become a tradition to rotate Go Skate Day celebrations across Northeast states each year, marking it as a day to which the skaters are eagerly looking forward to.
