Our Roots

Our community in Shillong has been around for over a decade—small in numbers, but steady in growth. We started as a few friends skating the same spots, and have slowly evolved into a connected scene with a deep love for street skating.

We’ve taken inspiration from the local heroes of our hometown, the pioneers of the Indian skate scene, and the international skaters who shaped the culture globally. Our influences run deep—rooted in hip-hop, punk, and rock—and that spirit flows into how we skate, how we film, and how we express ourselves.

Skaters in Shillong have a natural love for street skating —for ledges, gaps, and trannies. Competition has never been our focus. Instead, we value the experience: connecting with skaters from different states, having a good time, and simply enjoying this beautiful culture. Which really encapsulates our motto which is “Skate, Laugh and Grow”.
